To change your name on your University student record, please raise an enquiry with the Student Hub to be sent a name change request form.
Please note you will need the following evidence, showing your name, for us to be able to action your request:
- Home/EU Students – EITHER Passport or UK Marriage Certificate. Alternatively, a SIGNED, DATED and WITNESSED Deed Poll is also accepted but you must submit this with either a Driving Licence, Bank Statement or Utility Bill showing evidence of you using your new name.
- International Students – Passport only.
Please be aware your name on your student record must match your name on your legal documents.
