The exceptional factors process has changed for the 2022/23 academic year. You now need to submit evidenced extension requests via Moodle. Guidance on how to submit requests can be found on the Assessment and Results page

If you already have an ongoing claim, there is no need to make a new request on Moodle. You can view any claims submitted via the old process under the 'My claims' tab.
