Views:
  1. Delete the ‘My MMU App’ and reinstall the App.
     
  2. If issue is not corrected, please visit the hub to see the timetabling team during the first two weeks of term or contact the team directly via Assist  using the ‘MMU Timetable App Issues’ form. 
     
  3. It may be necessary to refer the query to IT Helpline if we are unable to diagnose and resolve the problem.  You do not need to log the query again in this scenario.
