Applications for studying abroad are based on a personal statement and may include an assessment of your attendance and engagement, references or academic requirements set by the department and host university. Exchanges can last from anything between one semester to a full academic year and may include the opportunity to work abroad, depending on the country you will be travelling to and your visa.

Please note, students will need to consider Visa application fees for their chosen destination and will need to organise travel and accommodation independently. The Exchanges team supports students with their application to the host university and pre-departure preparation.
