An easy way to get some help with anxiety, stress, sleep and other problems - and to learn techniques such as mindfulness - is to attend one of our practical skills-based courses or workshops, delivered by the friendly team in our Counselling, Mental Health and Wellbeing Service.

The workshops and courses are designed to be educational, and you won't be expected to talk about your personal experiences or feelings if you don't want to. Students have told us that they have found the sessions really helpful once they took the step to come along.
