Our new 24/7 student support service, in partnership with Spectrum.Life, is now available to all students. Through Spectrum.Life’s free helpline, you can speak to a qualified counsellor at any time of the day or night. This service offers immediate, confidential support for a wide range of mental health issues, including: 
  • Depression, anxiety, stress  
  • Grief and bereavement  
  • Addictions  
  • Relationships 
  • Stress and work-life balance issues

You can also visit the Spectrum.Life web portal or download the app, which will give you access to over 250 hours of self-help content. This includes live fitness classes, recipes, and online content to help you manage stress, improve your sleep patterns and navigate different relationships.
