If your card has been lost or stolen, please deactivate it it and request a replacement online as soon as possible.

When reporting your card as lost, make sure you select the request replacement card option. This will send a request through to the Met Card Team and once processed, they will make a new card for you. When this card has been made, you will receive an email from help.metcard@mmu.ac.uk to inform and provide you with further instructions.
