New Students: You need to be fully enrolled prior to collecting your student ID card. Your student ID card is available the day after you receive your confirmation of completed enrolment.

We'll have ID card collection points set up in September in the atriums of the Brooks Building and the Business School. Please book a timeslot for ID card collection using Eventbrite links below. During peak times we may need to turn away students who have not booked timeslots.

  1-30 September, weekdays though hours vary day by day. See hours and availability on Eventbrite.

• Book your ID card collection at the Business School North Atrium 
  21 September-8 October, weekdays 9am-4pm. See availability on Eventbrite.

At other points in the year you can collect your student ID card from the Student Hub in the Business School between 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday. 

All students receive their first student ID card free of charge. If you have lost your card, please try searching for this before requesting a new one, as a £10 charge applies for a replacement. If a charge applies, you should purchase your new card online using either a credit/debit card and then bring this proof of purchase with you when you collect your card.

Please allow at least 24 hours for the new card to activate.
