All students receive their first student ID card free of charge. If you have lost your card, please try searching for this before requesting a new one, as a £10 charge applies after 3 additional replacement cards. If a charge applies, you should purchase your new card online using either a credit/debit card or your Met Card and then bring this proof of purchase with you when you collect your card.
Replacement ID cards are available from the Student Hub at the Business School or Brooks Building between 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
Please allow at least 24 hours for the new card to activate.
